Studio information
Hours
Standard studio hours are 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. Please let us know if you need to be in the space outside of those times and we can make arrangements.
Set building
The set shop, located on-site, is available for set builds as needed. Please let us know in advance if your production requires set construction of any kind.
Equipment rental
Mayo can make arrangements for equipment rental. Please provide as much advance notice as possible when requesting special equipment for your production.
Catering
During your production, Mayo can handle all food and beverage orders on your behalf. Feel free to contact us in advance of your production to notify of any special requests.
Private conference room
There is a private conference room / office available on site with direct views of the production studio.
Freight & Receiving
Our loading dock is located around the corner from our main entrance on 32nd Place, Bay #2.
Our dedicated freight elevator provides direct access between our loading dock and the studio. Please schedule all deliveries to occur between the hours of 9:30am — 12:30pm and 1:30pm — 5:30pm. With advance notice, deliveries may be scheduled ahead of your shoot.
Subway
7 Train at 33rd St. Rawson [3 min walk]
E/M/R Trains at Queens Plaza [9 min walk]
G Train at Court Square [15 min walk]
Parking
Metered street parking is available on Skillman Avenue, 32nd Place and Queens Boulevard. Please check signs for regulations.
Citi Bike
A Citi Bike dock is located directly across from our main entrance on Skillman Avenue.
Studio Overview
Mayo Studios is a daylight-filled photo and video production facility optimized for large-scale commercial productions. In-Studio House Sets offer the look of location with the controls of a Studio environment. The 20,000 sq. ft. facility located in Long Island City, minutes to midtown Manhattan.
